Training for Life Westminster Centre for Independent Living (WCIL) is resource for deaf and disabled people, where they can access a variety of services enabling them to gain greater independence. These services include training opportunities and a number of special projects.
We are open five days a week Monday to Friday from 9am - 5pm.
Want to learn sign language?
Training for Life Westminster Centre for Independent Living on Westbourne Park Road will be running a BSL Level One Course, starting on 7th September 2009. For convenience, classes will take place one evening a week over 24 weeks (that's 60hours in total).
The cost of the course will be £350 per person. For those wanting to make their newly found skill official – they can take a BSL exam for £50.

What's on at WCIL
New cafe opening soon for members.
We have refurbished our ground floor kitchen and dining area to transform it into a new cafe with direct access to the centre's large garden.
